Terms of Use
This Agreement governs the relationship between the User and the copyright holder of the Valhalla Age information and entertainment portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Portal").
1. Terms Used
Operator is the copyright holder of the Valhalla Age portal and a party to this Agreement. The Operator administers and maintains the Portal and provides Users with access to the Portal and Services (including Additional Paid Services) under the terms of this Agreement.
User is an individual visiting the Site or participating in Valhalla Age portal projects. The User, like the Operator, is a party to the Agreement.
Portal is specialized software and hardware systems hosted on the Operator's resources. Users' access to the Portal is provided exclusively by the Operator. All rights to the Portal belong to the Operator.
Website is the official website of the Valhalla Age project on the Internet.
Services provide Users with access to the Portal, its capabilities and services, and participation in projects under the terms of this Agreement. Services are provided free of charge, with the exception of Additional Paid Services. All Services are provided by the Operator only within the Portal, i.e., during its use by the User.
Additional Paid Services provide the User with additional special Portal features for a fee. By purchasing an Additional Paid Service, the User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the corresponding digital content (including virtual currency and virtual items) exclusively within the Portal. Additional Paid Services are not the User's property, do not create any ownership rights, and are provided only at the User's request and desire.
Virtual Currency / Virtual Values are conventional in-game units and items that have no monetary value outside the Portal (see Section 6.4).
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The subject of the Agreement is the Operator's provision of access to the Portal (Services, features, Additional Paid Services) to an unlimited number of persons under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The User understands that the primary purpose of the Valhalla Age portal projects is to organize leisure and entertainment that is in no way related to gambling. Virtual currency and virtual items do not constitute cash winnings, bets, or prizes of monetary value.
2.3. You can view the list of goods, services, and their prices on the relevant page of the Website.
3. Procedure for the Agreement's Entry into Force. Age Restrictions
3.1. Upon acceptance of this Agreement, the User acquires the rights and fulfills the obligations stipulated by its text.
3.2. The User accepts the terms of this Agreement by registering on the Website. Registration (acceptance) signifies the User's full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and appendices of this Agreement.
3.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement in whole or in part, they must stop using the Site.
3.4. Use of the Site is permitted only after accepting this Agreement.
3.5. Age Restrictions (COPPA).The Site and Portal are not intended for children under 13 years of age. Registration and use of the Site by persons under 13 years of age (and in jurisdictions with a higher age limit for the processing of personal data,; below this threshold, up to 16 years of age) without verifiable consent of a parent or other legal representative is prohibited. The Operator does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age; if such an account is discovered, it will be deleted.
3.6. By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms that they have reached the age permitted to use the Site in their jurisdiction, possess the necessary legal capacity, or are acting with the consent of a legal representative. The Operator has the right, but is not obligated, to verify the data provided by the User during registration, and also has the right to request confirmation of age and consent of the legal representative.
3.7. If an account is required to use the Portal, the User must register by providing the Operator with current, complete, and accurate information (including an email address). A registered User has the right to participate in contests, sweepstakes, and competitions announced on the Website, including those within affiliate programs.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. User Rights
The User has the right to:
- use the Portal only for personal, non-commercial purposes;
- Use all services and resources of the Portal, including Additional Paid Services;
- Contact technical support with any questions you may have via the contact information or feedback form;
- Use the Site and participate in Portal projects free of charge (except for Additional Paid Services).
4.2. User Responsibilities
The User is obligated to:
- provide accurate information when registering on the Site;
- independently take the necessary measures to ensure the security of their account and not provide access to third parties;
- provide confirmation of the information provided during registration upon request by the Operator;
- Follow the Operator's instructions within the Portal;
- Not violate the Operator's copyrights or other intellectual property rights;
- If any payment-related claims arise, contact the Operator's Customer Support Service before contacting the bank or payment system; do not initiate a forced chargeback (dispute) bypassing Customer Support Service (see Section 7);
- Use the Portal solely for entertainment purposes, without pursuing profit;
- Comply with all the terms of this Agreement.
4.3. The User has no right
- to exploit errors (bugs) on the Site, gain unauthorized access to the database or computer system, or modify the program code;
- Use malicious programs that could harm the Portal, as well as software that provides an advantage over other users; if such violations are detected, the Operator reserves the right to apply sanctions, including blocking access and deleting the account;
- Register more than one account, or use identical credentials (including full name, place of residence, wallets/payment system numbers) for two or more accounts (“Multi-account”); violations are punishable by blocking all User accounts without compensation, according tospent on Additional Paid Services;
- Registering and/or using two or more accounts from one device or IP address is considered "Multi-Accounting" with similar penalties;
- Restricting other Users' access to the Site;
- engage in fraud or other illegal activities, including payment and refund fraud;
- advertise anything unrelated to the Portal without the Operator's written permission;
- use obscene language, make threats against the Operator or other Users, distribute materials promoting violence, racial or religious hatred, pornography, drugs, or calls for the violent overthrow of the government;
- Conduct negative advertising of the Portal, including outside of it.
4.4. Operator's Rights
The Operator has the right:
- unilaterally expand, modify, limit, or terminate the provision of Services and Additional Paid Services at any time, at its sole discretion;
- Manage all processes on the Portal at its sole discretion, suspend and modify their progress;
- Implement sanctions against the User if violations of this Agreement are detected;
- Delete and modify information posted by the User on the Portal;
- Track and store identification and statistical information about the User;
- Send Users technical, advertising, and other information regarding the Portal and Services;
- Inform, warn, and notify the User of violations of the Agreement;
- Take legal measures to protect their intellectual property;
- Modify and supplement the Portal at their own discretion.
The Operator's inaction regarding a User's violation of this Agreement does not deprive the Operator of the right to apply sanctions later.
4.5. Operator's Responsibilities
The Operator is obligated to:
- ensure that the User can receive Services within the Portal, including Additional Paid Services;
- answer User questions and take steps to resolve disputes.
4.6. Operator's Liability Limitation
The Operator shall not be liable for:
- any damage caused to the User's personal data or device in connection with the use of the Portal;
- damages (direct or indirect) caused to the User in connection with the use or unavailability of the Portal, the behavior of third parties, or unauthorized access to the User's data;
- User statements, information, and actions on and off the Portal;
- the accuracy of the information provided by the User, loss of access to the account (login, password, etc.);
- the User's loss of virtual assets as a result of the provision of Services and Additional Paid Services;
- the User's expenses associated with the payment of Additional Paid Services;
- the uninterrupted operation of the Portal;
- The quality of the User's internet connection.
4.7. The Operator does not guarantee
- the continuous, reliable, and error-free operation of the Portal and access to its resources and Services;
- that the Portal will fully meet the User's requirements and expectations;
- Meeting the quality of the Services with the User's expectations.
The User uses the Portal and the Website solely at their own risk, voluntarily, and understands the possible risks associated with using the Operator's resources.
5. Confidentiality and Security
5.1. Confidential Information — information received by the Operator during the User's registration process, as well as during visits to the Website and participation in Portal events.
5.2. Confidential information is not subject to disclosure or transfer to third parties, except as provided in Section 5.3.
5.3. Personal data may be transferred by the Operator to third parties only in the following cases:
- an official request from law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law;
- the User's personal expression of will;
- when necessary to provide Services and Additional Paid Services (e.g., payment processing by a payment provider), of which the User is notified.
5.4. The Operator ensures the security of the User's personal data using special software and organizational tools. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.
6. Additional Paid Services
6.1. At the User's request, the Operator provides them with Additional Paid Services, enabling them to use the Portal's advanced features.
6.2. Additional Paid Services are not a mandatory condition for using the Portal.
6.3. Nature of the acquired rights (license).By paying for an Additional Paid Service, the User acquires neither a product nor property, but a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use digital content (virtual currency, virtual items, privileges) within the Portal for the duration of the Portal and the User's account. The Operator reserves the right to change, rebalance, or terminate content support; Such changes do not constitute grounds for monetary claims against the Operator.
6.4. No Cash Value.Virtual currency and virtual assets have no monetary value outside the Portal, are not exchangeable for real money (dollars, rubles, etc.), cryptocurrency, or other property assets, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Portal. Any offers for such exchange by third parties constitute a violation of this Agreement.
6.5. From the moment the purchased digital content is credited to the User's account, the Additional Paid Service is considered to have been rendered in full and of due quality. The terms and conditions for refunds are determined by Section 7 of this Agreement and the Refund Policy.
6.6. The User agrees that the Operator has the right to store information received upon purchase of Additional Paid Services for the purposes of fulfilling the Agreement, accounting, and preventing fraud.
6.7. The list of Additional Paid Services and their prices are published by the Operator only on the Website. Any offers to purchase these services on third-party resources are fraudulent, for which the Operator shall not be held liable.
6.8. The methods for purchasing Additional Paid Services are explained by the Operator on the Website.
6.9. The Operator does not provide explanations regarding the operation of third-party payment systems and is not responsible for their proper operation.
6.10. If, due to a technical malfunction or the User's deliberate actions, Additional Paid Services were rendered without full or partial debiting of funds, the User is obligated to notify the Operator and pay off the resulting debt.
6.11. The User shall bear all commissions, fees, and other expenses associated with the transfer of funds when purchasing Additional Paid Services.
6.12. The User guarantees that they have all legal authority and rights to make the payment, and that the payment method used is theirs.
6.13. The purchase of Additional Paid Services by persons under 18 years of age is permitted only with the prior consent of a legal representative. The fact of purchase constitutes confirmation of such consent. The Operator reserves the right to request written confirmation of consent and documents to verify the User's age. Purchases by persons under 13 are not permitted (see Section 3.5).
6.14. Responsibility for the purchase of Additional Paid Services by minors rests with the User and their legal representatives.
6.15. Additional Paid Services may only be obtained after full payment.
7. Refunds/Returns. Chargebacks
7.1. All products and services on the Portal are digital goods (digital content). As a general rule, sales of digital content are considered final from the moment it is credited to the User's account.
7.2. The Operator will review refund requests in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the Refund Policy. Briefly:
- A refund request can be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of the transaction.
- For disposable items (consumables, in-game currency), a refund is only possible if the item has not been used, altered, spent, or transferred.
- In cases of a technical error, double write-off, or non-delivery of goods, refunds/credits are processed on a priority basis after the logs are verified by Customer Support;
- Refunds are processed exclusively to the same payment method (card, account, wallet) from which payment was made, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
7.3. If abuse of the refund procedure is detected, the Operator reserves the right to terminate the provision of such an opportunity to the User, except in cases where a refund is provided for by applicable law.
7.4. Chargeback Fraud Prohibition.The User undertakes to contact Customer Support to resolve the claim before contacting the bank or payment system. Initiating a forced chargeback (chargeback / dispute) without contacting Customer Support is considered fraud: the User's account will be blocked without the right to restore, and the accrued digital content will be canceled. The Operator disputes unfounded charges.backs, providing payment systems with transaction and content delivery logs.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ALL SERVICES ON THE PORTAL ARE PROVIDED TO USERS ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES AND VIRTUAL ITEMS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, (INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, AND PUNITIVE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PORTAL SERVICES OR VIRTUAL VALUES, EVEN IF THE OPERATOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE VALHALLA AGE PROJECT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE PAID SERVICE.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL LIMIT THE OPERATOR'S LIABILITY FOR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THE OPERATOR'S NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
9. Additional Provisions
9.1. If the User is not entitled to use the Portal under the laws of their jurisdiction (including due to age), they must refrain from using the Portal and its individual services. The User is responsible for compliance with local and international laws when using Valhalla Age.
9.2. The invalidity of one or more provisions of the Agreement does not entail the invalidity of the Agreement as a whole; the remaining provisions remain in effect.
9.3. Disputes between the parties shall be settled through the complaint procedure by the User contacting the Support Service. If resolution is impossible, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
9.4. This Agreement may be amended and supplemented by the Operator without prior notice to the User. Amendments shall take effect upon publication of the new version on the Website. The User undertakes to independently verify the current text of the Agreement; failure to verify does not relieve the User of their obligations. Continued use of the Portal after the publication of amendments constitutes their acceptance.
9.5. By registering on the Portal, the User accepts this Agreement and also agrees to the Game Server Rules and the Portal's communication rules: Valhalla Age.
